Join the side project for a deconstructionist look at the language of love, from a never-ending dialogue on how the past informs the present to filling in crossword puzzles while negotiating with a hitman; from an irreverent eulogy to a debate on the nature of questions, everything vs. everything else, and ultimately, to moments when words fail, and emotions become the language.

Five one acts including three Midwest premieres and two world premieres:

FUTON DIALOGUES, by Hank Bunker.
Peter and Marle explore the tensions of love brought on by differing goals and the passage of time. Midwest premiere directed by Jimmy McDermott (the side project's The 4th Graders Present an Unnamed Love-Suicide) featuring Jesse Weaver and Jen Lowe.

MARRIEDS, by Guy Jackson (Lifeline's Rumplestiltskin).
A husband and wife explore their relationship while solving a crossword puzzle, debating their accident-prone cat, and negotiating with a gun-wielding hit man in this intriguing world premiere. Directed by Brandon Bruce (New Leaf's Picasso at Lapin Agile) featuring Bob Wilson, Stephanie Richards and Lenny Cooper.

NOVEMBER BOY, by Stephen Cone (from New York).
Two lovers celebrate another year, remembering the past, toasting the future, and ogling over a calendar. Midwest premiere directed by Liz Warton (the side project's The Two Sanest Men in America) featuring Elliott Fredland, Michael Graham and Matt Dolgin.

BEAUTIFUL UGLY, by Adam Webster.
A man and a woman debate the nature of questions, the concepts of everything vs. everything else, the existence of love, and the necessity of dirt. World premiere directed by Chris Arnold (Artistic Director, Livewire Theater) featuring Marie Hennebery and Jamie Motz.

DB's HERE, by James Bozian (from California).
Danny Baldoon delivers an irreverent send-off eulogy amid a family vigil, wrought with strife. Midwest premiere directed by Lauren Golanty (the side project's Nothing to Fear) featuring Anthony Nelson, Claudia Vasilovic, Marie Hennebery, Marissa Lauren McCrae, Stacie Doublin and Matt Dolgin.
